We are committed to prayer. Goes without saying really! We want the whole church and every person within the church to understand the power and purpose of prayer. We provide opportunities for the church to engage more often and more meaningfully in prayer.
We currently offer the following:
Church Prayer and Praise. Usually held on a Sunday evening bi-monthly.
Prayer Chain. This involves a commitment to praying for needs as and when they arise. These are communicated to the prayer chain members and each member is responsible for passing on the request to one other person if they receive the request by phone. We also communicate prayer needs to those who wish to participate via email and text. Contact: Allan Davey Ph 07 889 5683
Pre Service Prayer. Every Sunday a small group meet to pray before the service. Contact: Dawn Summers Ph 07 889 4399
Prayer Calendar. Compiled quarterly and distributed to all church attendees providing prayer requests for each day of the month from the ministries and pastors in the church. Contact: Caroline Steiner Ph 07 889 5683
Special prayer events. These include special services or events such as a Prayer Concert, or simply a part of the Sunday service such as World Day of Prayer
